ASFT (Airport Surface Friction Tester) has partnered with TMUSA to supply continuous friction measuring equipment (CFME) and weather monitoring systems that meet the needs of roads and airport runways all over the US. Friction is vital for an efficient flow of people and goods. Motorcycles, cars, trucks and buses all depend on friction between road and tires. - airplanes depend on friction between runway and tires. Today, there are more than 250 ASFT Friction Testers in operation all over the world.
